WHY DIVERSITY IS SO IMPORTANT

Diversity matters deeply to me because it shapes how we see the world, how we connect with others, and how we raise our children to be kind, open minded humans. Growing up and building my life across different cultures has shown me that no single story defines who we are. Our differences in background, language, race, beliefs, and experiences make life richer and more meaningful. When we embrace diversity, we learn empathy, curiosity, and respect, and those values ripple through families, schools, and communities.

I want my children to grow up in a world where they feel proud of who they are and equally excited about learning from people who are different from them. Representation matters because it helps kids see themselves and it teaches them to value others. When we surround ourselves with diverse voices and experiences, we create spaces that are more inclusive, more creative, and more loving. To me, celebrating diversity is not just a nice idea. It is a responsibility and a gift we give to the next generation.

Getting My Body — and My Confidence — Back After Babies

Pregnancy and childbirth has changed my body.. but not my mindset. I refuse to believe that motherhood means being stuck in a body I’m not happy in. Yes, it’s hard, yes, it takes time, but I’m reclaiming my confidence one workout, one moment of self-care at a time. Because feeling good in your own skin isn’t vanity — it’s self-respect.

Why I’m Clinging to the Old Fashioned Way

AI is changing everything around us… photos, books, designs, even how our kids learn. But if we let technology do all the thinking, what happens to our ability to think for ourselves? I share my fears as a mom and why I want my kids to hold on to the old fashioned way of learning before it disappears completely.

Remembering What It’s Like to Be a Kid

As parents, we often forget what it was really like to be kids. I promised myself as a child that I would always remember that messy, playful, impatient mindset and now, as a mom of two little ones, I want to bring that memory into how I parent. I want to be both the guide and the friend, understanding my kids’ world while helping them grow.

Teaching Our Kids Confidence in the Face of Bullying

Bullying is something no parent wants their child to face, yet so many do. We may not always be able to control how others act, but we can teach our kids to be confident in who they are. Confidence is one of the strongest shields against bullying, helping kids stand tall, use their voices, and know their worth no matter what.

The Power of Your Voice in the Workplace

It is not just what you say at work that matters. It is how you say it. Your voice, tone, and confidence all play a role in how seriously people take you in the corporate world. But real confidence does not come from faking it. It comes from knowing your stuff.

Phases of Life Really Do Mean Leaving One Behind

Sometimes entering a new phase of life doesn’t just mean you’re stepping into something new — it means you’re fully leaving the last one behind. I’m starting to feel that more now, in my late thirties. I don’t want to go clubbing or stay out until 2 a.m. anymore, but I still miss those carefree nights. Life has changed… but that doesn’t mean it isn’t beautiful.

Diary of a Momma: My Coffee Table Book for the Realest Moms

This isn't a parenting guide. It's a raw, funny, and heartwarming coffee table journal packed with real diary entries from my journey through motherhood, life, travel, and everything in between. For new moms, seasoned moms, and moms-to-be who just want to feel seen.

Teaching Independence: A Win-Win for Everyone

Letting go is hard, but watching your babies thrive in their own little world? That’s everything. Teaching independence isn’t just for them—it’s for you too. From daycare drop-offs to sleeping through the night, I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel… and it feels so good.

Why We’re Done With Hotels (And Always Choosing Airbnb Now)

We just got back from a relaxing family road trip with our two little ones, and we finally realized what makes all the difference when traveling with kids—booking an Airbnb instead of a hotel. Having a kitchen, space to prep bottles, and the ability to cook simple meals made the trip feel less stressful and way more enjoyable. It felt like a vacation and a little piece of home all in one, and now we’re officially done with hotels when it comes to traveling as a family.

The Art of Not Reacting (Even When You Want To)

Ever been in a conversation that felt like a trap? Where no matter what you said, it would somehow lead to more drama, more tension, more stress? That’s when I reach for my favorite emotional survival tool: he Grey Rock Method. It’s simple: you stay neutral, calm, and as boring as a rock. I use it when I need to protect my peace without getting pulled into someone else’s chaos. It’s not about being cold.. it’s about staying grounded. This blog dives into how and why it works, with real-life examples that might just save your sanity.

You’re NOT Too Old. I Promise.

Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you’re too old to chase big dreams or start fresh. If you’ve ever told yourself it’s too late—read this. You’re not behind, you’re just getting started.

How Advertising Saved My Life…and helped me stop being so damn shy

I used to be the shy girl who avoided eye contact and kept to herself—until advertising forced me to come out of my shell. From answering phones to pitching clients in New York, here’s how working in this wild industry completely changed my confidence, my career, and honestly, my life.

I realized I’ve been saving my favorite outfits for “someday”.. but why wait? Life’s too short not to dress up, even if it’s just for a dinner at home. I’m bringing the glam back, one girls’ night at a time.

Stop With The Premature Judgment

I’ll never understand the hate some people carry. It’s wild how quick others are to judge, label, or tear someone down without knowing anything about them. I’ve felt it firsthand.. people deciding who I was based on how I looked, how quiet I was, or just because I didn’t fit their mold.

Because feeling good in what you wear brings a confidence that no amount of tired can take away.

Why Plaid and Glasses Just Work

I’ve always loved how plaid or checkered prints instantly make an outfit feel more put together, but lately I’ve realized how good they look with glasses. There’s just something about the clean lines and structure that really works with frames — it gives off a smart, effortless vibe I can’t get enough of. Whether I’m going for a cozy, casual look or dressing things up a bit, plaid always makes my glasses feel like part of the style, not just an accessory. If you wear glasses too, trust me — try this combo.
